there are blue buttons below one is IM... If there is no IM button then they have it turned off. We can not down load here. |

You can't download it...It's there on profile unless turned off

If they are online there should be an "Instant Message" button that shows up on the right side when you view their profile. It will be in line with the "Email this user" "Add as friend" or whatever they say exactly buttons.

if its not on their profile it means the user has im turned off.. if they have it turned on it will show up on their profile along send email, add to friends and the other buttons are
