flown in your dreams? I mean with only your body! Can you describe what it felt like? What position were your arms in?

Some say we are using very little of our brain, and if we used all of our brain power we would be able to levitate, i definatly believe you

I will answer my own question. I have flown in my dreams. I was in a psychology class and we were talking about dreams. Someone said that flying was awesome. I fell asleep concentrating on flying, what I would see, how I would feel. Finally after about 3 months I did it! It was awesome! I flew with my arms beside me, streamlined. Then arms out. It didn't matter. I can swoop down like an eagle and soar again! It is a beautiful experience I would like to dream more often.

very interesting... it just makes me wonder why would this world allow us to dream? Whast the earthly purpose to dream?

I fly often in my dreams, sometimes its more of a floating and I use this place behind my eyes in my forehead to push my self upward. Sometimes I have ultimate control over the situation and sometimes its more like Willy Wonka and its like I am a bubble. At other times I face forward like Superman, but always its invigorating for me, and this incredible sence of freedom takes over my mind and body. I've heard it is strange to still dream of flying when I am an adult, and that most people stop after they grow older....I am so glad that I haven't.

LacAnn,
I didn't fly til I was an adult. Glad I haven't stopped too!! Sometimes I just levitate inside the apartment, in my dream, of course, that's pretty cool too. Levitate and float around the place. Freedom!!
