Londonderry is in northern Ireland, they just call it derry now after the troubles, they didn't want any association with London

So who got the names from whom Mikey, seems like a lot of cities here have the same name as those there.

craig is the one that comes to mind and i believe he has retired to maine now Another place I want to visit. Everytime I watched "Murder She Wrote", I've wanted to go there.

i usually get up there to just below moosehead lake every 2 years. my buddy has a time share then for snowmobiling

That's cool. When I was a kid, we'd go to my aunt's cottage in the foothills of NY and go snowmobiling.

as long as we get the snow i try to go every weekend there are tons of trails all over the state.

So who got the names from whom Mikey, seems like a lot of cities here have the same name as those there. Well, it's from the first settlers from here pisces, As with new Zealand, the dutch went there, Zealand means sea land, and that is part of Holland
