How do I unblock a member? To unblock a user, click the Mail tab followed by the Blocked Users link. On the next page, you'll see a list of the members you have blocked, if any. Finally, click the Remove Block link next to the person you would like to unblock. If you need to unblock multiple users at once, there is also a bulk way to do so on the page.

On top of every page on the web version you have Account Mail Search and others. Click Mail, then you have the option to click blocked users. You might have the mobile version. If so try to load the web version.
