Topic: Empty profiles make me uninterested | |
---|---|
Does anyone else find that when they see no picture or someone's profile says "I'll tell you later" with no details you're more likely to just move onto the next profile? In my opinion, if you're going to find someone online where you can't meet, make small chat or see where it goes, then you have to be willing to expose yourself a little by listing your hobbies and a little about yourself. How do you feel about finding someone on here and do you think it's worth making a profile if you don't put a picture and/or no description of yourself? its a turn off. I never talk to nobody that aint got no picture or description at all |

I don't care. Even if I did, profiles are mostly fiction anyway. Maybe I'll write five detailed paragraphs and baffle them with bull$hit. |

I don't have to waste my time chatting with someone with no profile details because is not normal, is like someone pouring water on stone

They don't read profiles just look at photos! so true...first impression is everything and a picture can capture the viewer's attention enough to make them want to read the profile information. |

I don't take stock in a profile that is not filled out ... or
I will tell you later ... they want No. or they give you theirs ... first chat ... some really do not know how to upload a photo ... but I don't take them to seriously picture or not ... right out of the box ... |

I see a lot of them. Mingle should get strict and make it compulsory for everyone to create an interesting and an indepth profile.

Well, frankly I would like to put a picture up. I had my face up when I first signed up but then I got a letter from Mingle saying they all agree that I would have a better chance by not putting my face up. When I pressed them for a explanation they said "Listen man, you can do whatever you want. But you are really ugly, so why not just take our advice which I did |

I do browse but I only hit the profile if you are smiling or at least don't look to be in pain. Finding a great smile but following it up with no data whatsoever is a bummer. I wonder what it says about them and the lack of follow thru is, welllllll, let's just say you have lots of room to dazzle us. Tell a few lies, tell a few truths but please say something....
