A very general question it is! 'love' in the sense of 'liking (sb/sth) very much' exists. As no 1 phD likes that kind of icecream very much. But I think you mean 'loving someone' well again yes it boils down to our instincts I guess. a mother who loves her child or someone loving their spouse are the fundamentals of life to make sure it survives. love happens but men do not instantly fall in love. men fall in love when the women plays hard to get and does not hand things to them the easy way. make the man learn to appreciate what he does have with you. if he is genuine he will keep pursuing you until he does fall in love with you. I know love takes effort to cultivate but if you want something good you need to put in a lot of work to get the right man for you.
