anyone understand whats ISO FILE?

I have an ambigu file, its writter iso file, and i cant delete it however. It said the system still opening

Yes it is an image creation utility. Think of it as a kitchen to create a bootable program...like a virus detections CD or a bootable recovery CD. The .iso extension is the boxed file that creates the image of your hard drive before you got drunk and hit format hard drive!!!

thats bad. so what can i do? Download a free utility called File Unlocker, install it and use it to delete your file. It's simple to use, quick and reliable.
