500 internal error is not a virus. I believe JSH could be doing some updates on their server. What the error is it does not have the correct permissions to run the script that the Localstart.asp file contains this is security that they could be updateing allowing this error to pop-up.

Doubt a virus. The system is "timing out" and so you don;t get connected on the server. I could have it fixed in about 20 min if they would let me whack on thier servers.

Well they could have had a virus and becasue thier fixing the problem you getting that error, the 500 error is a security error relating security. Fixing their security becasue of the virus could be this case. But the Virus will not give you this error

I'm not saying for sure its not. Given the error message, it can one of 50 different causes. Just go from the top of the list and work you way down. The gentleman that talked about the security and scripting could be correct as well.

Computers are very unforgiving. All it takes is a skipped/added/etc "." and nothing works. LOL
