Hey, best of luck on your job interview. Go in there and be confident. And here's something most people forget (or are too nervous) to do:

ASK QUESTIONS.

Remember, they're interviewing you, but, in a way, you're interviewing them, too. Ask about pay. Work Weekends? Benefits package? When they describe the job you'll be doing, if a question about your duties pops into your head, don't hesitate to ask. This helps to show that you're interested in the position, as opposed to "just another job".

You're right. It's best to interview the person that's interviewing you. For one thing, you can find out if it's a good match or not.
