What determines this? I saw 1 int here but it was not up for deletion.

Memebrs vote on which posts to delete, click on the moderate link at the top, under the Community tab.

I saw that and clicked it and saw 1 topic but that topic had no votes against it.

Click on the number under your picture and it will give you a list of your posts and the topics is listed there. You will be able to click the topic listed and it will bring you to the thread. Good Luck to you.
