i put up our 9ft tall
pre-lit tree.. all by my poor 5" self... that was a task..

No tree Had a house fire last year. I have to buy a new one. Think I might skip it this year.

I don't put one up; my cat thinks it's just a tree for her to sit in and knock over. It's too much trouble.
