i used to say 3 things and although its a bit daft it still gets used.... say in a slow 1 2 3 fashion out loud.... CALM (drop your head and shoulders forward and shrug a wee bit) CHALLENGE........THIS IS A CHALLENGE CONTROL u never know it might work......seemed to with me as it reminded me that the conscius effort it takes is always a bit controllable |
