yup why don't you just rid of the drug testing for the employees. If someone is cracked out and missing work, it's obvious that they aren't doing their job. It's readily apparent that this is different from someone lighting up a joint on the weekend to relax. Not doing your job right should be the reason someone doesn't have a job not drug use.

Definitely

But the chances of a truck driver being tested for drugs and it coming up in his system, especially with the low degrade of tests they usually use, is very very small. And whose not to say he isn't drinking when he kills someone. Testing after the fact would be a more wise decision before he has a chance to do anything about covering up the evidence

breath test goes hand in hand for most random tests for us drivers

its not the users we need to stop... its the dealers

okay what about this

legalize pot, then test for whatever the heck you want cause I don't do anything else laugh laugh laugh

but seriously, the fact that we spend so much time and money on a drug that has no OD limit and hasn't killed anyone is silly

feel this... a p.o.s. 24 year old BOY goes to a buddies to get high, three or four hours later he goes to his car to go home and his five month old girl is dead in his car... its 11 degrees outside... he said he forgot she was there

ummm yeah, a drunk man beats his wife to death... alcohol is legal
a vice president nearly shoots his friends face off..guns are legal

someone's probably choked to death on a hamburger, should we thus make them illegal?

you take one situation and decide this should be illegal but other stuff shouldn't. I can do it with anything

plane crashes 50 die...prohibit flights.
Tsunami hits Thailand thousands die, living in Thailand becomes illegal.

This is a 24 yr old who left a 5 month old in his car and walked away from his car to do something else, that kid was gonna be in trouble with this moron as her dad regardless. I'm sad for the kid but even if she survived and it was comfortable weather outside, the 24yr old is still a moron.

My solution would be to not allow idiots who can't manage their lives to procreate.

You take the dealers out you still have the manufacturers, the smugglers/traffickers, etc. They would just have more dealers come in.

Yup it's just supply and demand. You knock out a few cartels, reduce supply, people will pay more, profit margin increases, someone wants to make that profit and they set up shop.

people in drug producing countries like Afghanistan or areas of South America are trying to survive. They can make enough money to survive by farming cacao or poppy or whatever. People say oh, why don't they grow something else

how much is a pound of bananas? how much is a pound of coke worth? We go after them, but really, if we weren't buying the stuff, they wouldn't be producing it. Most of the drugs they produce is being shipped to the US and other 1st world countries for consumption not being used locally.

The federal government doesn't have to take urine tests, just an FYI

Does that mean you will help me on my taxes in Feb. J?
