I know the feeling, just earlier today, I was going 75 in a 60, and got pissed because the person in front me was doing the speed limit. Don't they know that it's just a "recommendation" or "Suggestive" speed limit. 
Speed limits are the maximum speed that the road can be safely driven under ideal conditions. If the weather conditions are poor then it's drive slower. It's better to go slower in lousy weather and to make it to your destination than to be a fatal MVA |

i once got a ticket for doing about 20 over... i was like WTF to the cop... don't he know i was in a hurry!
