It is not your fast-paced type action movie...
more of a deeper understanding of pain that comes from the loss of loved ones... It bridges racial divides... Has plenty of adult humor... A story line vaguely based on 911... Very moving... especially the second time around... Sandler is magnificent in this one... as is Don Cheadle... I actually rented it... there were only a few copies there... I had not even heard of it... Excellent movie... if you are into that type... |

I dunno... ???
I could definitely see where it may be too slow-moving for some... If ya can handle The Shawshank Redemption... I would suggest this one... the pace is similar... |

It would be my guess, that you very well may love this one too... Shawshank I have watched at least 15 times...
Reign Over Me brought out sympathy and compassion within me that many scripts do not bring forth... I really, really liked it... one must pay close attention to the language though, or much could be missed... and the pace IS slow... for the most part... |

I believe Reign.. is a must-see for Sandler fans...
Shawshank, Green Mile, Forrest Gump... and so so many others are must-sees for those who have not... |

Not a bad movie. Adam Sandler did a great job a long with the others.
Good movie over all. |
