Meat is murder... I shy away from anything that ever had a face...

 but but ............. he'll have 'brain freeze'  How can he think clearly???????  exactly who wants a thinking turkey anyway?

I would rather have turkey than a duck anyway next year I will ask the frozen bird in the store how he feels about all of this Hell no, I love me some duck. It's fattier than turkey which is probably why I like it so much. Especially peking duck where they roast it till the skin is crispy, they cut it at the table separating the skin and meat serve it with these wraps with scallions and hoison sauce (aka plum sauce). It's one of my favorites. As for turkey, I love grabbing a drumstick and pretending I'm an english king, all I need is a pewter goblet and a few serving wenches. |

you should try it--melt the butter first and then pours some jd--like 3-4 shotsworth--and inject them any spots of the turkey before you bbq--great stuff--does make ya sleepy afterward--

Now I know we all enjoy turkey dinners ....... but have you ever wondered how the TURKEY feels? I mean you think YOU'RE stuffed?  Geesh. He got stuffed HOURS before you did. And what about his short life span cut off at the pass?  Do you ever wonder if he kinda suspects what's comin??????  Let's give it up for the poor little guy ............. put your hands together and give him his 'due' ........  |

I'm avoiding my family today. Much easier said then done since they're next door. Doesn't really seem like anyone gives a crap anyway...lol.

why are you avoiding jayme? my kids are with dad so it's just me myself and i blissfull silence and lonliness war with one another. as for turkeys ever seen what they do to the poor birds in the slaughter house? first one w/o my Granny and I just can't do it. I was her baby and the holidays were special between her and I. She always made me her mashed potatoes and homemade biscuts every year. Even last year when I'd already become vegetarian she made sure I had plenty to choose from. LOL, okay, so it was just a big salad and a fruit salad and cornbread stuffing without gravy...lol, but she tried her very best to make sure I had plenty to eat. |

 Poor turkeys. and no I dont eat them or any other animal. But my kids do. so I don't condemn those that do.
