Dial 9-1-1, drop him, restrain and read him his rights.

My friend told me if I walked up and tried to stop him I would be butting into someone elses bussiness and life I told him to help that woman I dont care its my bussiness the moment he hits her cause I dont stand around and watch something like that and do nothing I do what it takes to stop him.

You are butting into someone else's life. Hers and I doubt that she'll complain.

yea I know but what I like the most is what it says at the end a man wouldnt get away with it at a public place so heshouldnt be able to do it at home because Ive heard ofmen who have hit women and got away with it. I havent hit a woman once in my life I couldnt live with myself if I did.

If I can hear it, I go and knock on the door, with phone camera ready,and let them know I have called the police, same as on the street.

If you witness anything, but feel you cannot intervene take a photo of what you see and report it to the police.

My jurisdiction, I put him down cuff his @ss and stuffed in my patrol car. I am eating at that place, he goes down, stays down until officers arrive.

As a survivor, I would definitely come to her aid without question......

I would always step in......and have!!! I dont care.... I cant watch someone else get beat on.....in fact the mere adrenalin I would feel would probably knock someone out!!!

I chased my sisters ex, later to be her murderer, with a butcher knife when I met him... he just had the 'a$$hole' vibe.. and BOY was I right...

I would have to try to subdue the monster. Besides the crime done to the waitress rationalizing his behavior to his wife and kids was just wrong. It is a way of showing that kind of behavior is ok.
