at first we have to think what's the relationship between achievement&quality of our endurance!but as per my understanding it's depending upon a respective frame of acceptance.why?same designation may be he'll &heaven differences in between two individuals for different employers.now who will decide whose achievement is more prominent-is it justified to judge it only by the respective frame of wealth.but I think it's unjustified.because job satisfaction may be a prime criteria for an individual to fulfill his achievements as a carrier.
