put it in a pot of water room temperature and leave out all night should still be enough time for it to thaw if still too frozen in the morning pour out cold water and add hot but not boiling to finish thawing

just keep it in some cold water....you will be lucky if you get it thawed by the time it should go in the oven...unless you eat late. How big is it?

you better have it out of the refigerator now in order to cook it on thrusday

also you can call the store and ask the meat cutter how long to cook it, as it can vary at timesflowerforyou
