And I have been PREACHING """"""REAL"""""" since I found so many FAKES and UN-TRUTHS on the NET... Im 50 and TRY very hard to ALWAYS be REAL, and honest with everyone here.. But PEOPLE find it VERY EASY to MIS-LEAD and "BE" somebody there not, from AGE, to recent PIC, to living relationship their-in or NOT-in....

Agreed. Try being a single mom of 2 young kids- divorced twice and only 27... not easy to find someone either... but I did... and I was honest in doing so... Anything is possible.

and My age is what it is no lie there so no need to add or take away any years And I am way over thirty too. 
I have nothing to hide I have an average job with an average income no lie there my profile says it about me too Guy you must have had some bad experiences soearly on in life to sound so cynical good luck anyway hope you can decifer through all the bull of all of us to find what ever it is you are looking for

I am honest in my profile. 54 and fine with it. I guess I am too honest. I get no e-mail. Guess I'm one of the older women on here and about to give up. I like true.com's chat rooms and it's free to post a profile and go to the chat rooms. I actually met a guy from that site. He was boring, but, at least I met him in real life!! Gonna concentrate on my adult daughter and just make friends here. Nice people here, just no one for me.

Sure, so that makes Kitty dr. ruth. I can be Jerry and stir up the pot until a toothless hick smacks some girl who was impregnated by both her brother and the family cat with a bouquet of flowers (for mental image combine this with this  and add a dose of Nascar and crystal meth).

Yes, but honesty is the best way to go. You may not get as many emails in response, but to lie and pretend to be someone you're not- what will that resolve? If you do meet someone off the profile you've lied about then you have to spend time either pretending to be someone you're not OR admitting that you lied about yourself and hoping the other person can forgive. I dunno... I personally would rather tell the truth and get no emails than tell a bunch of tall tales and then have to come clean after the fact. well said! |
