I am an older lady and I prefer younger men but it hasn't always been this way. When I was a younger woman I preferred older guys. The problem with dating younger men though is that some are very immature and all they are interested in is having sex. While that is very flattering it isn't the only thing I want and when I tell them this I don't hear from them again. That's fine with me though because it's easy to 'weed' them out. I believe that a lot of younger guys have a misconception about older, mature ladies. They seem to think that all older women are cougars prowling around dating sites like a wild animal. Maybe some women are but I'm not. Some younger men think that just because I am older that I have a money tree growing in my back yard. I certainly don't. Younger men seem to forget that I was once their age and if they live long enough they will be MY age. lol.

I want to meet older women just because that way i wouldn't feel like taking advantage of women. What the hell? If you want to meet older women because you don't feel that you would be taking advantage of women you have a lot to learn about women.

Personally I don't mind dating a woman that's 2 years older but that's about as old as I will go...yup... i'll go with the same age as me, but no more than 15 years younger... 35 is pretty mature, for a woman... .. son of a box of raisins.. nobody told me we were allowed to date younger women..lol.. 15 years younger sounds about right..lol... Just mature enough to follow a conversation... but still young enough to think we are gods..lmao Well, us older women know for a fact that you guys aren't 'gods'. You can fool some of the women some of the time.....

How can you tell if they are sincere or not. I personally don't believe whatever they say about the how older women attract to them Bottom line is a younger man just wants to use an older woman for sex. I don't believe their BS personally but that is just my opinion for what its worth. Older woman here. So far I have found what you said to be true. Younger men want older women for sex. Just because we are older it doesn't mean that we have learned everything there is to know about sex and the universe. I was seeing a much younger guy for a couple of months and he seemed to believe that I was some sort of female guru. He seemed amazed at my vast knowledge and how wise I am. Lol. I tried to explain to him that knowledge and life experience comes from living. This guy is the only one who liked me for ME and he actually fell in love with me. I had to break off the relationship though because he is much too immature for me and honestly I'm not sure if he will EVER grow up.

At some point in their development men come to the point of appreciating intimacy as the best thing about sex. However, when I was in my teens and twenties there was more of an immediate need to sate those normally saturated urges. Intimacy some times got put on the back burner. Mea culpa, Ladies!
