A silent scream echoes in my mind
To others my dreams are blind

There's more to me than I pretend to be
This I cannot let others see

I cannot speak what's in my heart
And risk being set apart

So I travel the world incognito
Letting you decide where I go

My thoughts are your thoughts
My true feelings I know not

My soul screamed out a silent cry
When will you stop, this is a lie

Look deep inside, face your fears
Be honest and true, for you are dear

Take off your masks, let others see
The real you, not what others want you to be

Dare to live your secret dream
And stop the echo of the silent scream

Possibly mikey, however this poem is more about real life, not a dream we have a nighttime. I think though if we are dreaming at nighttime that we are screaming and no one hears us, then it could be due to a life circumstance.
