 I think my job keeps me the size I am because I eat alot of crap!!! I love cheese and fattening foods!!!!

when I herd about the atkins diet I laughed , I'm on a high protien high carb diet pretty much ,,,didnt really think about it to much though really cause I have a problem gaining weight if anything.....lucky?? maybe..probebly die young though.......
i'm always zippin around all over the place though ...multi task !! chase the kid!!

Dear diary......I believe that it has a lot to do with your genes, the way you eat, the amount of exercize you do......most of my friends are obese......I love them dearly but I fear that one day they will get diabetes or worse, die of a heart attack....and Im not being mean....I see the way they eat....how much they eat....and the fact that they cant get off the couch to get something so they get their kids to do it...

I think I inherited my Dads physiec .... my mom was a lil over weight my bro my sisters are rather chubby.....
we all love food and cooking it!!!!!!! I dont eat breakfast , I eat like a bird most of the time but I eat cookies by the bag an half packs of bacon a few times a week , an drink lots of chocolate milk and pop ..... I think its lucky genetics...

I'm kinda hyper , jumpin up an doin stuff alot !! in warm weather I love workin outside an diggin up my gardens an building stuff an painting stuff an ....sigh..I miss summer.....

Ya I think I have my dads physique too...my mom is a bit over weight but she is tall.....my sis is huge....obese.....she gets her husband who looks about 90 lbs to get up and do everything for her!!!
and then she buy bags of candy!!!! I offered her a fabulous diet that will make you lose 5-10 lbs a week but she wouldnt do it..... It involved eating exactly what was written to the t for 3 days and then eating normally for 4......yet she still wouldnt......

I wouldnt want to be over weight I have been tubby a few times and diet and EXCERSISE is the key , I gained a whopping 95 pounds when I was pregnant with my daughter , prettty close to DOUBLEING my body weight.....
but I lost EVERY pound it took about 5 years but ..... I gained 52 or 57 with my last one but the stress diet life was chet when he was born I was under weight in less then a year ...... but I'm just about right right now though ...need more bacon winters a comin !!

I gained 70 lbs with my son!!!
It was because I was underweight to begin with and had toxemia!!! Bad bad.....ohhhhh horrifying getting that big if you never been that way before.....it took me 6 months to lose the weight....I was motivated though..... I could lose about 10 to 15 right now....I just need something to motivate me......
