I can say showering is the worst experience, it is there all my hatred comes to light. I look down at thee oh body and how ashamed am I to behold you. With your big clunky self, and nothing I have ever done has changed you, oh how I hate you! I gave up on you long ago and yet I still have to live with you, be haunted by you. I tell you its the worst high light of my day.

Meaning of the poem:

I don't think Demons are person's, they are the things about yourself that torment you the most. What you think and how you feel. Perhaps you've been like me, and you've had a few that you could now do with admitting and bring to light, if only atleast to your self.

And no I don't want to hear any rant about self love, this is an admission, not a denial.

I do understand what you are saying ... I have gone from a slim body to a heavy set body ... sure slim seemed better but this is who I am now and who I was then so...I am not in denial ... you are who your are and I am who I am ... so take me as I am ... and or just leave me alone ...

i have had a very heavy body and a moderately curvy body.
i was actually at peace with a very heavy body because i didn't get unwanted stares and attention.
but its not healthy and made many things hard....
i think big woman get a bad rap.
