Topic: A Bull Riders Life | |
---|---|
The Dust and steel The sweat and fear Sitting on top of a beast An eight Second ride Holding on tight Hand in the air Eyes open wide Twisting and turning Bucking and jumping A gold belt buckle the prize I’m earning Throwed to the sky Cowboys don’t fly Hitting the ground lungs out of breath Its time for the work of the rodeo clown The Bulls charging fast Will today be my last Survived it again Seeing my score Hoping for more The first go round Is behind me now Its time for round two I know what to do Another eight second ride |

I salute you thunderbear1967
Both the rider and the bull fighters put their lives on the line at this. I don't think they are crazy, but, sure is scary. I love to watch bull riding. Watch it on t.v. Have many favorites, but my hero would have to be Lane Frost, a fellow Okie who lost his life riding a bull back in the 80's. 8 Seconds was a great movie. (Hey another good movie to be posted on the Movies & T.V. post) But currently, I like another Okie, Justin McBride. Awesome. The bull fighters/clowns, are heroes too. Love to watch them too. |
