If a person decided to invade another country, bypassing their due process system. The are a illegal immigrant. The have broken the law of the country they have entered.

You see they then become a burden to the host country. They work under the table, thus pay no taxes, they burden a already burdened infrastructure) health care, schools, ect), but give nothing back. And that's the " good" ones.

But that aside,

The A # 1 reason that Americans have a MAJOR problem with them is the following

WE DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE. WE DON'T KNOW THEIR BACKGROUND. WE DON'T KNOW IF THEY WERE CRIMINALS IN THEIR COUNTRY.WE DON'T KNOW IF THEY INTEND TO DEAL DRUGS.. COMMIT CRIMES.. KILL.

That is what it is all about.

America was ( and is) built on immegrants..ones who followed the rules to BECOME a American.. Not the ones who decided to swim the Rio Grande or sneak in. That is what America is all about. And we are proud if that.

I watched a news clip about a Mexican woman screaming at the T.V. reporter to tell Trump NOT to break up her family. Her family that was here ILLEGALLY.

Frankly I think she had some F-ing nerve.

And that goes for ANY illegal.. of ANY ethic background.

As I understand it, first the violent or criminal illegal will be tossed, second, the rest will be required to either leave the country or file proper paperwork and be fast tracked into legal citizenship.

As an idea, I think most people support that.

There are two problems with following through.

One, is that the problem itself has been a political football for a long time, and the number of outright lies being bandied about for political effect, has made it all but impossible to tell what is and isn't happening. That makes it difficult to come up with a detailed plan, since no one knows what the actual situation is.

The other much bigger problem, is that doing the above, even if it were relatively straightforward and easy, is tremendously expensive, and the ruling party in Congress doesn't support the spending required. Not even a little bit.

Your first point is invalid, he has laid out the broad details of his plan, nothing is happening until the 20th... Career criminals living in the US illegally should be crapping their pants I agree! and the others better be ready to fill out the proper documents to become legal tax paying citizens, you wouldn't believe the funds funneled out of your country to support Mexican families 1.

2, the business of crime is VERY expensive, VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! I can't believe they let it get out of hand so bad, the trickle down effect of crime in every form is way too expensive to not consider, it's an industry.
