Hey I am trying to change my time zone but do not know which time zone I would choose. I live in Missouri can anyone help?

Central Standard Time I checked it on http://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/usa/missouri

You will need to read this forum how others found their area and kind of play around. When you pick one look at your forum post and see if it is the correct time.. for your area... http://mingle2.com/topic/419163 I'm in Toronto, Ontario (Canada) and found out the America/New_York was the one for me.
