Jen sis, moments of peace are found in each smile or laugh they have, hold on to them and keep them in your memory, use them when the anger,sadness and hate threatens to boil over, pull out those memories of smiles and laughter and they will ease what you feel.It is a long road but one so worthy of traveling.They do understand, deep down they do, just too much right now going on in their heads to see it clearly,but trust me sis, they know.
