Your strategy is not likely to work as most women prefer men to do the initiating and if you were to personalize a request to a specific woman stating what is unique and special about her that you find interesting, fascinating or in common your chances of success are much greater. Women in general will respond rather than initiate. Not saying a few will initiate but the percentages of success favor your initial inquiry good luck
