Happy & Safe Halloween to all Minglers!

I moved into a gated community here in Fl. from N.J. (where Halloween is big) I Went out a few days ago and brought some candy for the trick or treat kids.. I love seeing them.

Then I found out the " association" does not allow kids to trick or treat inside the community.

There are a lot of kids living here.. they have to go somewhere else to trick or treat.

What a bunch of scrooges..:(

My community doesn't either.
Not that trick or treating was ever safe (especially now). Or that people would even answer their door.

Most of the people I know. Have parties for the children. I honestly think that is a good idea.

do you know i bought for the kids since they where in and out of the house ... so u could see them ... not really sure what happened by the bound fire ... but my granddaughter came around the house screaming had this all of her face and clothing ... well got it off and she layed and fell asleep with mom after... but some said that stuff burns you ... all I know was just trying to get it off her ... someone or her must have snapped it hard and blew open with all of that stuff... on her ... but real happy when she said I ok now granny nat nat ... wow was i livid... never new they could do that and will never get them again ... I had know idea they where that dangeres... was a great party till then....
