how do you know which ones are offered ,they come at you none stop..and once I say NO to someone I mean NO.and would like them totally Gone..why is it ..also that..this is not featured..as a option..

the appropriate response for no interest is to simply ignore and not respond which with time extinguishes the annoying persons efforts. Wanting an external control is not possible as we live in a free society so we are afforded the chance to make our own decisions and not seek outside help or intervention////

re-read. the info about moderator s ..apparently ..you have not understood . my point ...I will wait for a moderator or some one actually involved with the sites structure and internal functioning..even though your response did not come close too my enquiry ..I do Thank you for your attempt.....enjoy..
