Has anybody ever done those work at home jobs? Where companies send you the material and it is your job to put it together. Whether it be stuffing envalopes, putting together jewlery, or dolls or whatever. Has anybody ever did this kind of thing? I am thinking about doing it. Cause I was thinking, why can't I still make extra money when I am not at my out side job?

I have worked at home for a craft shop. I would stuff burlap and cloth animals for Arts and Craft. It was a good way to make extra money. I also did some woodwork for the shop but make it at home. I couldn't believe that people would actually buy pet rocks and Arkansas switchblades.

Have you ever saw an Arkansas switchblade? It is two tongue suspressors with one glued to a wooden clothes pin with a rubberband between it.laugh

I work from home as a consultant, but have also done several of the "stuffing envelopes" type jobs over the years. Most were for political or non-profit organizations that I knew were reputable, who didn't ask for any cash upfront. I enjoyed it because it was something I could do at my own pace and provided a little extra money too! Most Better Business Bureau's have a listing of reputable "work from home" companies on hand. That might be worth checking out to make sure the company you chose will pay you for your efforts. JMO....

Good luck!flowerforyou

I got to make some walk around the blocks. It is a half inch by half inch block. It is for people who don't like to exercise. You just put the block on the floor and you can walk around it. That way you tell your friends that you walked around the block.laugh
