Just checked your profile. It's very good although a tad too long.
Shorten it by saving some info for chat later.

You have multiple photos so that's good. Group photo is not a good
main photo.

Also, you just joined the site, give it some time. Do matches and
send messages that is not just saying "hi".. make sure you read their
profile and mention something from their profile. If profile is not
completed, chances are they are not seriously looking IMO.
