the calmness of the wind the silence i must bear even if my sail will
move on a wing and a prayer just a little more time is all i need
because i want to be there on a skyline horizon angels align beyond my
view im cold and unsure if i'll ever get back to you hoping my prayers
are answered on a day i feel so unknown but im moving forward slowly
though i wonder if you want me home and i've had time to think about my
mistakes but facing them was harder than ever facing you babe i could
gather my gains and losses and toss them to the sea i am only half the
man i was when your love had completed me if only those sad eyes could
lift to see me trying and never look away by love and emotion i swear by
these words i say i want you to hope im on my way and i know perfections
consuming were only human what more will you hear me say im a man of
constant sorrow trading his fortunes for an eternal
tomorrow..surrendering all to be with you again and if only fallen stars
shall light my way and a shattered dream becomes the night i will travel
on by a single beam of light.
