Trying to move forward, but signing up has given me anxiety and a whole lot of guilt. any one feel the same way i do now when they first signed up?

If you don't want to see a councillor then talk to a friend. We all have things we have dealt with or dealing with. Take the first step and you will grow from that. Don't keep looking behind you.
