On the Mingle2 app in the filter for location? there is no USA so my match option are all in different countries.

I'm new to this Mingle2 app and I am really not understanding it. The USA is there now in the filter settings and I have my city set along with the distance set at 50 miles, so why is it that when I do MUTUAL MATCH all the men are in different states?
