Abel.. I'm somewhat alarmed at your attitude towards the service aspect of your industry. Without the call centers, you would be on the phone supporting the software your company designs. Rather then designing.

As a hardware engineer, I am familiar with this dynamic.

Not to mention... in so far as the economic reform in India. Agriculture, as I understand it...was the primary source of the GDP before, and poverty still runs rampant. Now Services assumes better than 50% of the economy where you choose to do business. Which I would think would have a direct effect on your wallet! If you treat your service employees like you speak of them... I'd think that would have a different and opposite effect as well.
