You say you were his girlfriend, but the two of you never even met. Do you feel unworthy of real male affection or something? I have a hard time understanding people who say they are in a relationship when the two of them have never actually been together once in person.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their responses. It's helped me to clear my head a little bit and work out things in my mind.
