Yes.. I have heard many say this. As if it damaged their soul. It seems the greater the consience. The greater the capability for guilt. Especially if they are raised that it is wrong by religion/spirtually/culture. In turn it takes time & Faith to forgive themselves. If the mindset is..'This is what men do or people do or it is the norm or normal.' Then they are.. Yet again.. Putting their wants & desires first.. To feel good. IMO This is selfish & they are probably spirtually and or morally bankrupt. And should be avoided.
