Pence has his good points, he is a policy wonk and will unite some of the "conservative" wing of the party. But not sure he will be as adept at dealing with the Hillary machine, liberal lies and the biased media as a Christie or Gingrich would. But it might squash some of Trumps critics that he he does not listen to others or is a "loose cannon". Obviously Trump would have preferred someone else but took advice from others...a good sign he will surround himself with good people. |
