btw anyone know a free site that you can find out info on your family ancestry?i know my great grandmother came over on the trail of tears and met my great grandfather in Texas,they got married and moved to Ark but i don't know any info before that,so i'd like to look it up.

Jt, that's so funny, my family comes from Arkansas as well, my great grandmother was a cherokee princess, if there is such a thing..... and I haven't yet found a free way to look it up, I've been trying to get my family to tell me. but there certainly has to be a way we can find out more details. If I find any way, I'll let you know

 .there's a thing in OK called the DAWLS ROLE (i think i spelled it right)and we were told by another family member that through that list,we are supposed to have alot of money waiting for us.just got to have proof of our relation to my Great Grandmother.

yeah, there are a lot of benefits we don't know about. But with the population growth( and mixing) it's hard to prove we're in line for the benefits left ny our ancestors. so if you find a way to do THAT, you let ME know
