lol, no doing laundry...i don't think it's on the net i've looked. Maybe in a cookbook..he pronounced it Mock shoo, I got the recipe from his tv show. It's a pork dish, but none of the moo shu pork dishes even come close. |

i'll see what they have at the library, my dad used to have a cook book of his but he got rid of it when he stopped cooking

ahhhhhhh everything I found said it was tender young corn scaped off of the cob cooked with tomatoes and onions and lots of spices
now pork is good |

this was 1 pound cubed lean pork, 1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn, 1/2 cup of chopped green onion, 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, i cup parsley flakes, 1 cup white wine, this is where i forget, it also has soy sauce, Louisiana hot sauce to taste...I can't remember the rest.

Yeah i found all that...but im cheap lol...if you do find it Ruthie, there is also a hushpuppy recipe that goes with it, the hushpuppies have whole kernel corn in them..this stuff is awesome! |
