I used to laugh when people said they couldn't eat bread due to the Gluten.
Not eating Gluten was all the rave at the time. I figured it was just the latest fad. I just kept laughing until I listened and noticed that I had many of the negative symptoms of Gluten intolerance. I cut out Gluten and now I'm just fine. Well, physically.  I do miss the thick crust Pizza & Subways though. |

Yeah! I thought it was a passing fad to.....till I started taking my BFF out to eat...she had to have the gluten free stuff, as she could not tolerate regular.....I used to laugh at her....not any more.....its a serious concern with her.....okay its a serious concern for me to, as that GF stuff costs more...dang!!!Thank goodness she is cool with eating at her house most times.....
