Truthfully, the picture but if the profile was incomplete or showed signs of being a scam I would keep moving.

initially yes those catchy photos.but to caught me seriously i normally check out the person's interests.from there,we could start up good conversations out of sharing both similar passion.

HOW the person expresses themselves is key for me. It signals how they think, and how they make decisions, and it's that, which determines how successful a relationship could be.

Someone who fills their profile with cautionary notes, or all the expectations they have for a mate, and state them sternly and forcefully, tell me that they aren't looking for a mate, they are looking to hire a butler, for example.

If they seem desperate, I would tend to doubt their own ability to remain honest to themselves, about how they really felt about another person.

That sort of thing. I look for the quiet confidence of self-knowledge, not bravado or bombast, and not plaintive wailing.

Well since you are asking what first catches my(your) attention, a good main picture. It's not about looks here, but rather is the photo inviting, does it show the face and maybe a little bit of a background that is a part of them.

That draws me to look at the rest of the profile and hopefully it is filled out with info.
