Have you every tried Indian Mutton dishes

mutton... that's sheep isn't it? I have never tried mutton.. but I do LOVE lamb. Try a dry rub of spices - all the spices that start with a 'C'... cumin, cardamon,coridander, cinnamon, chili... and bake some lamb shanks with the rub on them... yum..

Mutton, is from sheep its lovely cooked down . Jamaican, cussin curry mutton is yum slow cooked. If you like lamb your love : )

I have never tried mutton either and also love lamb. Now I am curious to try mutton. I haven't seen it in any of the local supermarkets so I would probably be safer trying it in a restaurant to make sure I like it.
