Yes you have to be a friend to send a testamonial... Send out a friend invite ti them.

well some of us are real dummys.. friends list ..when out to some one else... pushing on the persons name changes the picture...push on their profile ..nothing happens..../ so for us real dum bells.. lets here a step by step
