If somebody say them hi/hello, they will not reply him/her. Then are they also human? Introduction is bad for them or what ?

I think it comes from not being good at english or not being good at social interactions. Ether way I say "Hello" all the time and I've had a few okay conversations with many people that just start of with a simple "Hi", then again I respond to everyone that messages me.
