How do you show yourself that you love yourself? Maybe you have heard that song, "What have you done for me lately?"
I went out and bought me some peanut butter and crackers. Yeah, I know I am a cheap date.

I bought myself two rings, a belt, some hats and a respirator for working with fiberglass
|

|
|
|
|
I tend to buy a new pair of shoes.

I ate them all

Went with my sister yesterday...to Yankee Candle. I bought myself some wonderfully smelling Christmas scents for the holidays....
LOVE it!!!!!

I take myself out to get my hair cut and done up, then i go shopping for a new outfit! I do that every couple months.

|
|

I dance around my house in my favorite under-roos and do little toss the hair over my shoulder poses in the mirror lol.

I just look in a mirror and say "oh I love you I love you I love you"
 Or I buy things

|
|
I tend just ot hide in a blue box

|
|
I completely pamper myself in my own way..I grab my guitar and head to the woods for some me time

When I want to tell myself "I'm doing good", I buy myself something expensive.
If I just want to tell myself "I'm sexy", I just go to my bathroom mirror, look myself in eyes, smile, and say "Damn, you're sexy". Beleive it or not it does help LOL |

Have you ever dialed your own number and got a busy signal? It is like wow I must be having a good time.

LOL, I send myself e-mails, and voicemails j/k

Lately, I have been remembering to keep gas in the tank of the car so I don't have to walk. I have found other ways to meet my neighbors instead of coasting into their driveways and asking to use their phones.

And all you wanted was gas?

learn to forgive yourself. accept yourself and allow yourself
to believe in your ability to overcome odds and life's challenges then forgive others - for their sake and yours believe the honest good things that others express to you accept their love and friendship without pretense and it will be liberation and salvation forgiveness is the path to enlightenment and ultimately true love
