Ya see, NYC construction is run by the union trades.( and others) and just like the Temple they tried to build down there before that, the city could not block...gave the permits.. still never got built... why?.. the trades said " nope.. ain't happening"..

No trades.. no architects.. no general contractor = no building

So they can try all they like and get all the permits they want.. ain't being built

Not in that town.. not after what they did.. New Yorkers do not forget
