In fact, Hitler was not a religious man...

"My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a fighter. It points me to the man who once in loneliness, surrounded by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them and who, God's truth! was greatest not as a sufferer but as a fighter. In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the Temple the brood of vipers and adders. How terrific was His fight for the world against the Jewish poison. To-day, after two thousand years, with deepest emotion I recognize more profoundly than ever before the fact that it was for this that He had to shed His blood upon the Cross. As a Christian I have no duty to allow myself to be cheated, but I have the duty to be a fighter for truth and justice... And if there is anything which could demonstrate that we are acting rightly it is the distress that daily grows. For as a Christian I have also a duty to my own people.

-Adolf Hitler, in a speech on 12 April 1922 (Norman H. Baynes, ed. The Speeches of Adolf Hitler, April 1922-August 1939, Vol. 1 of 2, pp. 19-20, Oxford University Press, 1942)

Early in life he was remotely religious, be abandoned religion by the time he assumed power in Germany. He was responsible for destroying churches, attempting to assassinate the Pope, the persecution of Christians.

a politician would never lie about something like that to their people...

Yup, until he because hopelessly addicted to Methamphetamine in 1943 and started becoming erratic.

That man really could have concurred Europe. He had the strongest Army, if he only would have used it wisely and held off on attacking the Soviet Union.

I know the people of London care what their mayor has to say, as they should. But outside of those folks, who really cares.

Does the citizens of London care what the mayor of Milwaukee has to say?.... I doubt it.

Maybe they Does.ohwell

interesting and glad you brought it up. although not a Christian, i try to understand His principles and sometimes it opens a new door.

a minute of your patience here. Backtracking first for the benefit of a leap.

He was born a Jew and knew Jewish thought. He saw the people as they were, yoked under the Roman system. 'The people had lost their center'. There was no question of external freedom when the inner self was 'missing'.

He could have stirred the 'beast' in men and throw Rome out but He could also see history repeating. Thus, He went to the Temple, perhaps the wise Rabbis would have something to share.

what He saw, was betrayal. Amazed he watched a Goldman Sachs counting Roman coins, over there, Lehman insisting a farmer pay up..

the enemy was within..

and then He raised His hand. rest we know.

moral:
1. the primary enemy was not Rome, the enemy was within

2. staying closer to enemies more than friends and discerning who the real enemy is.

--xx--
fast forward to 2016

on second thoughts,
i'm glad London's Khan came out and said what he said.
now for the first time, the enemy has a face
and it is not Khan's it is within.

--xx--
For instance..
it now remains to be seen how UK govt. / Queen play it out. Not having a Constitution nor a provision in Common Law nor any precedence has shown up the fault line, i.e., one can offer shelter to immigrants but that does not make them 'English' or 'German'.

All of Europe is watching & waiting for UK action on Khan.

If the Govt. rewards Khan with 'no action' then all of Islam, friends and foes of ISIS can come together; and all the world will know for sure, terrorism works and works beautifully. It's just a matter of positioning and timing.

so now we can see the enemy.., in the mirrors of UK laws and lawmakers
--xx--

But it does not begin or end there..

the election campaign in the US; the irresponsible lampooning by the media influencing the world (including leftist newspapers in India) is being leveraged upon by the 'Muslim enemy'.

but the real enemy is within.
Fox News, The Guardian, Indian News, Latenight shows..the tax havens.. all as irresponsible as poster girl Megyn Kelly was.

tower blows - extensive media coverage - horror stories - enemy thrilled.

it is war times, remember?
Khan's threat?
--xx--

Conrad is right for once, Islam is 'also': Political Ideology disguised as a Religion. Probably right for medieval times.

towards a solution
it's also obvious that to eradicate terror from within Islam the world needs to have a universal set of sweeping laws and we all know the one man who can lead this sweeping change. In this new transparent largely democratic world, where kings are dead past, churches and mosques are personal shelters and the old line between communism and capitalism has gone blurred - where national assets are spread across each other and worldwide - where the enemy drinks Coke / Pepsi or drills oil from leased basins..;

a universal law should come into effect.
--xx--

fundamentals for fundamentalists
not the expert here but will hazard my neck and say that among the first laws to qualify as a preacher / teacher or politician; whether a mullah or a Hindu priest; prove it by washing the feet of the non-believers or equivalent in the name of One God.
--xx--

now you guys may be wondering what in heck?

ok, i see a pattern; Europe's aging population; need for young gen immigrants to augment workforce for future / and on the flip side packaging it as 'Christian charity' to refugees..

it's all a game of money
--xx--

alright, if you insist, i will wash some feet; but only Mingle ladies; and they have to be hairless and no blue veins showing.

Actually, the Hitler being Jewish thing is a myth. There is no historical accuracy to that at all. In fact, Hitler's first love was a Jewish woman when he was a soldier in World War One and she blew him off for an Officer and that led in part to his contempt for Senior Military Officers and also partly what led him to the path of being anti Jewish, the other part was when he was homeless living on the streets as a starving artist, enlisting in the Military and while recovering in the hospital the great betrayal of Germany Surrendering and the stab in the back myth started by several leading German Generals and Officers.
